Crafty Kraft....

This weeks inspiration features a colour that I love and Gill struggles with...kraft!
This crafting basic is a great neutral as always but stampin up have it in their arsenal of basics as a thicker 12×12" card stock.
Today's project shows the colour of in all its glory I think..
Are you in the Gill camp of yucky?  ? or the Cary camp of yummy? .
Let us know by commenting below 😊
All I've used to highlight the gorgeous cardstock is whisper white and copper embossing .

Here's a close up of the gorgeous new copper embossing and tea lace doilies and copper thread from Stampin ' Up!  That go oh so well with the lovely Kraft cardstock  ðŸ˜Š

Nifty paper work....

For the last project featuring the delightful melon mambo has been cased from another swap from team training. This time it's a one sheet wonder! This gorgeous note card hold uses just one 12"×12" piece of double sided designer series paper.
My sample holds 4 note card and envelopes.  To find out how to make this please look at the talented Jan's video here

Sweet swap. .

Today's beautiful sample is a swap I recieved at our latest team training from the oh so talented Sarah Lower.
It's stunning don't you agree?
So good I love it just as it is! 😊
What my poor quality photo doesn't show is the glorious gold mats  .They look black in the photo but I promise it sparkles in real life!
Thank you Sarah for letting me share 😊

Melon Mambo

Today, I've gone Melon Mambo Mad!
The Pop Of Pink Designer Series Paper, a Melon Mambo card base and a Whisper White mat.
I stamped the Flamingo and leaves with Versamark and heat embossed with Gold embossing Powder.
One of the New Stampin' Up! Doilies and 3 die cut rings using Swirly Scribbles Framelets.
2 in Basic Black cardstock and 1 in Gold Foil card.
2 simple messages from the Tin of Cards stamp set were stamped in Basic Black Ink.

This card is an easel card. Above is laying flat for posting and below, standing in position.

Melon Mambo

Today's card was using the Pineapple stamp.
I love the size of this stamp. It's not too big and perfect on it's own on a card or with
Designer Series Paper as I've used here.

A one sheet wonder was made this time with the smaller pineapple used from the Pop of Paradise stamp set. This time it was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with Gold embossing powder, as was the large pineapple.
A few twists of the NEW Black Metallic Thread and a simple message completes this card.

Weekly Inspiration

Melon Mambo

Well! Isn't she clever with all of last weeks paper folding! Didn't she do well?

This week I've been using the gorgeous colour, Melon Mambo.
It's warm, vibrant and one of the lovely colours in the BRIGHTS range of Stampin' Up! colours.

This is a similar card to the one shown in Dapper Denim a few weeks ago. I've shown this as it looks so totally different to the the other. (Well, I think so!)
A one sheet wonder was made using the Pop of Paradise stamp set along with a mixture of Melon Mambo, Pear Pizazz, Mint Macaron and Crushed Curry for the pineapple.
