Split easle card tutorial..

Today I am sharing a quick photo tutorial of how to create Gills lovely card from Friday
here is my version of the card

To make this card you need a piece of card that measures 21cm x 14.85cm. Score this at 10.5cm on the 21cm side to create a standard A6 card base. At the score line  mark 3.5cm in from each end and repeat these marks along the outer edge.Cut between these marks as shown below

Next fold the center panel in half and using your bone folder reinforce the folds.
Now take your patterned paper and cut 2 panels measuring 3cm x 10cm and 2 panels 4.75cm x 7.5cm.

 Cut a piece of watercolour paper to 9cm x5.5cm, a coloured  panel 9.5cm x 6cm, a white mat 10cm x 8.5cm , a small white strip 2cm x 5cm and a coloured mat at 2.5cm x 5.5cm.
Cut a small piece of patterned paper to 7.5cm x 2.5cm and a coloured card mat to 8cm x 3cm
see below

Next colour and stamp your pieces and mount as shown below

Place the large white mat in the center of the car base as shown below

Next stick the left hand side panel down as shown below

then repeat for the right hand panel and the center panels. Then using 3d foam place the long narrow strip of patterned paper on to the bottom of the center panel as below

Finally attatch the watercolour panel  in the center of the bottom center panel. Place the sentiment panel as you like and your set to go.

Well i hope this all makes sense and you have enjoyed this little tutorial.
Have fun and please share
