Watercolour without water...

Today's card is made using the Just add Color paper with the images coloured in using Stampin Up' s watercolour pencils...but not softened by using a water brush to spread The colour just to smooth out the edges. The effect is a really strong colour . The paper is strong enough to take the usual water colour effects though.
