Fun fold friday Zany Zebras

" Kick Up Your Heels " doesn't that just shout fun and games??? Well that's what I've had this week playing with the Zany Zebras stamps 😀 ( if you're interested in purchasing the stamps please click the link at the end of the post)
So for my Fun Fold Friday project I had great fun using bright bold colours and simple images. The fold is a modified Z fold but super simple to make. As always I have included photos below of the basic steps.
So beginning with a piece of card stock measuring 14.85cm x 21cm ( 8 1/2" x 5 1/2")
Now score along the long side at 5.25cm and 10.5cm ( 2 1/8" and 4 1/4")
Next you need to place the card landscape, with the long edges running west to east. Keeping the scored lines on the left hand side mark up from the bottom left corner at 7.5cm (3")  see the photo below for  clearer understanding 😉.
Now you need to cut diagonally from the left hand mark to the top of the center scoreline, the 10.5cm ( 4 1/4") one. Now fold your score lines the first fold is a mountain fold and the second a valley one. This creates the cascade effect on the left hand side of your card.
Now decorate how ever you wish. Pattern paper would be fab, dry embossed panels would be great or as I have here simple mats and layers with stamped images and sentiments.
Well that's it for my Zany Zebras week of inspiration but those Zany Zebras won't be staying in the box for long as they are a firm favourite 😉
Have a good weekend and don't forget to join me next week for Gill's inspiration 😀
Have fun
Cary xx
