Welcome to our blog. My name is Cary and I'm one half of 2 Big Girls Crafting. This week I'll be sharing projects featuring the fantastic Christmas Classics stamp set.
We start each week off with a simple project aimed at first time stampers, those who like a clean and simple style, cards that can be made in multiples easily but that doesn't mean they are any less beautiful 😉
Today's project also shows how you can stamp not only the front and inside of you cards but also the envelopes!
I used a simple sticky note to cover my stamped sentiment before stamping the sprigs in different coloured ink. This allows the sentiment to appear to be above the sprigs when the sticky note is removed.
I then flicked some of the same colour ink as that which I stamped the sentiment starting from the bottom right-hand corner. These little speckles stop the white space around the focal point from being too in your face.
I also stamped the front right-hand corner of the envelope and added a little flicked ink there too.
I repeated the envelope decoration on the inside of the card as well... no surface left unstamped 😉
In fact I also stamped the flap of the envelope as well 🤣
Please join me tomorrow for more Christmas Classics inspiration ✨️
