Wow was the weather hot yesterday 🌞 I thought I was going to melt! Are you a fairweather crafter? Or do you craft whatever the weather? Usually I'll craft whatever the weather but yesterday was so hot I'm not sure I would have... except I did craft for my weekly Facebook live! ( if you want to go check out what I made go have a look on our YouTube page )
Any way what about today's inspiration using pattern paper ? Well today I've chosen to work with a trend in paper at the moment for scene papers. These are pattern papers that feature a whole scene that can be especially useful for scrapbook pages or for quick cards. But I wanted to show how you can get the most cards from such pages by creating a cutting guide. Now the papers I've chosen to showcase today are 6" x 6" ones called Lily pond lane which are one of the papers in the 15% off offer till the end of the month!
I picked out 4 papers from the pack to use for today's samples. 3 of which are scene papers and 1 which has multiple images to cut out. I applied the same cutting guide to each of the same scene papers. Here is the cutting guide. It's supe easy.
