Cute as can Bee 3d treat holder project

Last weekend was my annual weekend retreat  🤗 We had an amazing time... lots of laughing,  crafting and chatting. Aside from the projects and prizes one of the fun things we do is to swap with each other. A swap is where you create a number of identical projects and exchange them with the other participants for their projects. My project feature the adorable Cute as can Bee pattern papers. The colours and the images are just so delightful 🐝

These little cuties start out with a strip of coordinating cardstock,  daffodil delight yellow 💛 was my choice, measuring 5cm x 28cm scored at 11.5cm and 16.5cm. I then used a punch to add some fun to each end of the strip.
The barrier on the inside to hold the mini jar of honey secure was made using a strip of coordinating cardstock measuring 3cm x 21cm scored at 5cm,  10cm,  15cm and 20cm.  Adhere the ends using the narrow panel to create a square shape.
Fold the score lines on the main strip and place the mini jar in the center. Then adhere the narrow square/ barrier just above the bottom around the jar on the  2 sides of cardstock.

Decorate using the gorgeous pattern papers and add a sentiment from the Bee my Valentine stamp set. I closed the top using ribbon and twine. And added a Tiny Bee Trinket just for fun 🐝
