Glow of Harvest arched appature Z fold birthday card

 My birthday brought not only a fun filled family weekend but also autumn!  The days are still bright with plenty of colour in the garden but there is definitely a nip in the air in the morning and the nights are drawing in ( The shorter days are my least favourite part of autumn 🍂). But the arrival of the beautiful Glow of Harvest as the Product of the Month for August this year makes creating beautiful projects perfect for this time of year!

The papers have a gorgeous subtle shimmer with their pearlized finish in shades of brown and beige with pops of golden yellow and rich terracotta simply stunning  ✨️

I've paired the papers with another pack of papers. An autumnal double sided paper called Sunflower Fields which combined with glow of Harvest papers and  the gorgeous golden glow cardstock makes for a stunning card 💛. 

The card is a simple Z fold with an arched appature.  This is a very simple fun fold that is suitable for so many occasions and decorative elements.

It folds flat for postage...

Then opens to stand beautifully.  This style of card has much estate to decorate so is perfect for showcasing all your beautiful papers. 

The reverse of the card  is where I have placed a white mat so that a personal message can be written. But of course it has to be decorated too 😉.

To make this fun fold for yourself you'll need..

Card base : a piece of cardstock measuring 14.85cm x 21cm scored at 10.5cm ( 8½" x 5½" scored at 4¼").
