Easy waterfall card with the Wild Bunch cuties.

You know how it is right when you just have to have a stamp set or some other craft goodie just because it calls to you? Well this stamp set did just that to me! Called Wild Bunch this set just jumped into my basket and said you need me 😍... and I did!

Aren't they just adorable? I just couldn't resist! So for my first card using them I wanted to make sure to showcase all the characters. So I decided a waterfall card would do the trick. But a waterfall thats hidden!

This  card is nice and easy to make and offers lots of places to get creative with as well as having a fun kinetic element.

The pattern paper is all from the 2026-2028 In-Color Painted Patterns collection. This collection features spots and stripes in all 5 of the In-Color's.  I chose to go with the shade of yellow/orange called golden glow.

The ribbon used also coordinates beautifully.  Called Golden glow bordered ribbon it ties beautiful as well as coordinating perfectly 👌

The waterfall element is found inside the card and is a fun surprise element.

The characters each have their own portrait in this card!
The background for each of the cuties is a simple blended background using peaceful pine and balmy blue ink.

The sentiments come from both the wild bunch stamp set and a set called Scalloped blooms.

The characters are all stamped in secret sea ink and coloured using alcohol markers from Stampin' Up! Called Stampin' Blends.

The dies used to cut out the panels of the waterfall element are from a set called Nested Essentials . The mat layer being cut from the gorgeous 2026-2028 In-Color pearlized speciality papers in of course it the golden glow colour 😉.

Now for the measurements.  The card base is created with a piece of cardstock measuring 14.85cm x 29.7cm scored from both ends at 9.9cm. (5½" x 10 15/16" scored at 3⅝" from each end)

The waterfall mechanism starts with a piece of cardstock measuring 4cm x 25.5cm scored at 6.5cm,  7.5cm, 8.5cm, 9.5cm, 10.5cm and 11.5cm (1½" x 9¼" scored at 2⅜", 2¾", 3⅛", 3½", 3⅞" and 4¼"). All these folds are mountain folds and I recommend using a bone folder to burnish the scorelines well.

The next piece needed is a small piece of cardstock measuring 2cm x 6cm (¾" x 2½")

You'll then need 6 mats and 6 decorative mats for the panels of the waterfall.

Watch the video below to see how this card comes together.

I hope you will agree with me that these adorable characters are simply charming and they might just jump into your basket as well... but please be aware that they are a part of Stampin' Up! Disclaimer Please be aware that the inches version is for North American Letter size cardstock and as a English woman I use cm's and A4 cardstock which are both different sizes! I have tried my best to ensure the the North American version is correct but if I've made a mistake please let me know so it can be corrected.
