Pop and slide Christmas card

It's that time of year when as crafters we are definitely in the Christmas creating phase of the year. So with that in mind let me share with you one of the cutest pattern papers of the 2026 Christmas season.... A Little Christmas

The colours and prints are traditional but oh my those cute little mice 😍.

The sentiments for this card are hot foiled using the Magical Christmas and A Christmas wish hot foil dies and boy do they add a pop of sparkle to a card!

The images on this project are all fussy cut from the gorgeous papers and are definitely worth the effort! So much so that I just had to decorate the back too 😀.

To make this card you'll need...

A piece of cardstock measuring 10.5cm x 29.7cm scored at 14.85cm.  ( 4¼" x 11" scored at 5½")

2 pieces of cardstock each measuring 9cm x 7.5cm (3½" x 2¾").

1 piece of cardstock measuring 2.5cm x 16cm scored at 0.5cm and 14cm ( 1" x 6¼" scored at
 3/16" and 5½")

1 piece of cardstock measuring 2.5cm x 13.5cm ( 1" x 5¼")

1 piece of cardstock measuring 2.5cm x 5cm scored at 2.3cm and 2.7cm ( 1" x 2" scored at 15/16" and 1¹/¹⁶")

You'll also need 3 pieces of pattern paper each measuring 10cm x 14.4cm ( 4" x 5¼") as well as 2 further pieces each measuring 7cm x 8.5cm ( 2½" x 3¼")

With these pieces to hand watch the video to see how this fun card comes together 😀

This card is so much fun that you'll want to make it not just for Christmas but for any occasion throughout the year! In the video you see a thank you version using the Sunflower Fields papers as well as another Christmas card using non-traditional papers that are sadly retired but just to show that Christmas doesn't have to be reds and greens 😉.

Thank you for taking the time to read and watch my post . I really appreciate your support. I love what I do and share what I love so please consider following me on social media and YouTube as well as subscribing to my blog.

Have fun
Cary xx

Disclaimer Please be aware that the inches version is for North American Letter size cardstock and as a English woman I use cm's and A4 cardstock which are both different sizes! I have tried my best to ensure the the North American version is correct but if I've made a mistake please let me know so it can be corrected.
