For today, I have used the gorgeous Pop of Pink range. I've used all 5 colours for this card with them poking out from underneath the top mat.

I cut the fancy edge using the border die from Stampin' Up! Detailed Floral Thinlets.

You can just see from the side that I raised the Whisper White mat using Dimensionals to add the 3D effect.
I think this is a very simple technique with a brilliant effect.
