Wishlist note book holder directions. .

This is a quick set of directions. I  hope that you enjoy them and will share your creations with us here ☺
So here we go...
Take a piece of card measuring 27.5 cm x 9.5 cm.  Score at 2.5 cm,  5 cm,  7.5 cm and 17.5 cm.  This is the base that holds the hole up. See below

Fold the 3 lines closest together in a concertina pattern. Then fold the line at 17.5 cm attatch the two ends together to allow the base to stand up.

Now take apiece of card measuring  18.5 cm x 12.5 cm.  Then score 1cm in from each end on the short side . Rotate by 45° then score at 10cm and 11.5 cm.  See below
I have rounded the corners on the longer end. I also snipped the 2 middle score lines upto the 1cm score line on both sides. I then placed adhesive along both sides and fold up to create a pocket. I then cut apiece of card 5 cm x 5cm and scored it at 1cm,2 cm, 3 cm, and 4 cm  fold to create a tube glue the long sides together and place in the folder to hold the pen in place.
Then apply adhesive to the back of the folder and attatch to the free standing base. Then decorate how suits you ☺
I've covered a uk size A6 note book to match.
Well I hope this quick set of directions have helped
Have fun Cary ☺ x

  1. Cary you are an angel for sharing. I have a friend who wants to make one, and was going to trawl for instructions, but you saved my bacon, and many hours searching :) xxx
