Home alone ...
Today's samples were cased from Kim Jolley . She calls the technique foolproof watercolouring and she's right it's a great technique that is very easy and very simple to do.
Here's my take on her work and the samples that the attendees created at one of recent classes.
Hope you like them☺ they remind me very much of Christmas in New York and the film Home Alone..lost in New York! Lol

Cheerful Tags and Here's to Cheers - Day 5
As this is the last day for Cheerful Tags this week, I've gone multi-coloured!
Which is very unlike me!
Using Real Red and Whisper White cardstock, Real Red, Bermuda Bay, Old Olive and
Rich Razzleberry Ink. I stamped all over the white card base with 4 different message from the set.
Randomly stamped, I then gutted the big mat by cutting into the centre 2cm all round.
The same on the next layer so I then had the 3 rectangles.
These were then matted onto the Real Red mats and stuck using dimensionals/foam pads.
The final message was punched out and layered onto the re Glimmer Paper.
These were each punched out using the 1 3/4" and 2" Circle punches.
Thank you for popping by again this week.
Please call in next week to see what's in store.

Cheerful Tags - Day 4
Today's card is an easel card.
Simple and easy to put together as always.
I used Pink Pirouette and Basic Gray cardstock with the gorgeous
Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.
The scalloped circles surrounding the central hole were cut using 2 sizes of dies from
the Layering circles Framelits.
I suspended the circles, which have been double sided with Silver Metallic Thread.
I twisted the thread so that the circles move.
I punched tiny holes using the 1/16th" hand held punch to thread the metallic thread through.
The front panel was embossed with Holly embossing folder.

Cheerful Tags - Day 3
Today's card was one of the simplest and quickest cards to make.
I used Very Vanilla, Perfect Plum and Elegant Eggplant cardstock in layers.
To add some texture, the base mat was embossed with Festive,
Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
One simple message on the first mat, then I changed the colour mats using Layering Ovals Framelits.
I repeated the die-cutting of the same size mat onto the 3 different colours.
Very quick, very simple and effective.
