As a child we used to blow the dandelion clocks, seed heads, to tell us the time! 1 hour for each puff it took to set all the fuzzy seed heads free 😊 oh how the gardeners must have loved us for spreading the "weeds" 🤣🤣🤣
I've had a soft spot for these beautiful weeds ever since so I was delighted to see that the Dandelion Wishes stamp set wasnt on the retiring list . Today I've paired Gray Granite with Mango Melody and So Saffron to add a pop of colour to this gentle card.

Gray Granite....
This week I'll be sharing projects that showcase the gorgeous Gray Granite colour. This oh so versatile colour is a warm grey colour that works with brights, subtles and regals with ease!
Today I've paired it with 2 of the retiring 2017/19 In Color's, Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide.
I think these colours create a clean, quite retro look that the also sadly retiring Bloom by Bloom stamp set evoke on this card.

Darling Label stamp set and punch - Day 4
Another simple card today using the stamps and punch.
This time I used the Tranquil Tide card stock and papers.
The rich green will be sadly missed as will
all of the 2017-2019 In Colours.
I randomly stamped Hello all over the card and added a piece of DSP which has been 'gutted' and made into a frame. It was fixed using the foam strips to add dimension.
Below is the complete set in all it's glory. I LOVE it!

A simple message stamped and punched out on the front and another Hello inside.

A very simple card once again. 5 punchies in DSP a stamped image and another punched out.
Love it. It's so simple.

I decorated the corners using the swirl on the stamp.

Weekly Inspiration - Darling Label Punch box set
Darling Label stamps and punch - Day 1
Didn't Cary do an amazing job at Telford last week? I am so chuffed that she's my business partner. Such beautiful work and displays. Did you notice the Scrap page with Cary and her mum in?
Those were the days...How time flys too!
Anyway, this week I'm using the Darling Label stamp set and punch. In addition to that I'm making the most of the retiring In Colours. Sadly they leave us on 31st May so be quick to get your favourite inks and cardstock before then.
My favourite of them all in Lemon Lime Twist followed VERY closely by all the other colours.
The Darling Label stamp set and punch come in a gorgeous blue tin, along with 2 ink spots. One is Night of Navy and the other is Grapefruit Grove. It also has a clear block.
The stamp set is 6 pieces and all fit beautifully in the gorgeous punch.
Please click HERE for more information.
I coordinated this card with the DSP from the In Colour papers.
I finished off with a simple image from one of the stamps.

Sponge dauber...
For today's sample I used my trusty daubers to apply ink to my stamps. This allows you to use different colours and create shaded, almost ombre effects. I just love the way no two stamped impressions are ever the same! This simple technique creates beautiful unique images.
