Today's sample shows how a single colour with a single neutral can give a crisp clean look to a project.
I used a new background stamp called marbled from Stampin Up for both cards. On one card I used it as normal, inking it up with the lemon like twist ink and stamping onto whisper white cardstock. For the second background I stamped in versamark and then covered the image in clear embossing powder and heat set. Then I rubbed the lemon like twist ink pad directly on top. Once I'd covered the area I used a soft tissue to buff the ink of the embossed areas to reveal a negative image.
The cards are identical with the exception of the background. I think they look clean and crisp and bright and breezy
