Make it simple Monday Simply Sparkling

 Hello and welcome to the 1st post of this weeks inspiration.  After a very busy weekend full of grandson craziness and team crafting I sure needed a simple card fir today! Simple stamping doesn't have to be plain or boring especially when using a fun stamp set such as the Simply Sparkling one!

Any way back to the  card. Simple stamping isn't always the easiest for those of us who are more experienced or as we would say avid crafters.  So the challenge of creating a #simplestamping project is always fun!

Today's project is a SIP card. Stamp, Ink and Paper. The images are stamped directly onto the card base and coloured using pencils. The thing that adds a little something something to this card is that a strip of sticky note was place across the center of the card and the images stamped over the edge of the tape. Then repeated on the other side of the tape.

Then using a black marker pen draw a line either side. This creates the perfect place to add your sentiment.  The black line gives the effect of a strip of cardstock being put ontop of the stamped images with out the bother of cutting up more cardstock! 

A simple card with something extra... bubbly! 😅 and a great way to use those smaller elements in the stamp set.
