Suitcase and mini album tutorial part 2....

So here's the quick tutorial for the mini album from Fridays post.

The album has been made using Stampin'Up! 's note card and envelopes.  I have used 5 envelopes and 4 note cards but you could use any sized card and envelopes.
Using the envelopes first to create the attached portion of the mini album take the first envelope and fold the flap back. Then slide the flap from the next envelope into the first envelope.  I have used adhesive on the flap the same side as the licker strip on the envelope but it isn't strictly necessary.

Continue in the same way with all the remaining envelopes.
The note cards are then slipped into each envelope

I didn't apply adhesive to the note cards as I want to give plenty of space for journaling.
I decorated each page of the mini album with card stock and DSP mats as below

The album closes with the flap from the first envelope folding around the album as here

I used ribbon as my closure but a belly band would work well too.
We'll I hope this helps you enjoy making your own versions ☺
If you do make one of either the suitcase or mini album please share your work with us as we'd love to see your creations.
Have fun
Cary ☺ xx
