Happy Monday and welcome to our blog. My name's Cary and it's my turn to share some inspiration with you all. And to say thank you to Gill for her fantastic inspiration last week!
So what will I be sharing this week? Well it all starts with a fun set called Friends for Life. This great set is photopolymer so you can see clearly where to line up the sentiments . This can be especially useful if creating multiple stamped images. Also included in the stamp set are some fun images of hearts , a sprig of foliage and a smudge.
That smudge jumped straight out at me and is the colour component of today's inspiration. As it's #makeitsimplemonday the card is a single layer card that uses just stamps, ink and paper. So it's a SIP card!
The colour palette used is shades of pink but you can use any colours you'd like !
To stamp the sentiment place the clean photopolymer stamps in place on the card. Then take an acrylic block and pick them both up together.
You might also like to use a piercing mat or mouse mat to place under your cardstock when stamping with photopolymer stamps. This gives you a little softness that allows the stamp to perform well
Once the stamp is in place on the acrylic block ink up and stamp! Quick and easy!
Please join me here again tomorrow for more fun with the Friends for Life stamps along with the other goodies in the Full of Life suite including an amazing pack of pattern paper 😃
