Fun fold friday ..

One positive that  I've found in these extraordinary times is that us crafters are very creative when in comes to finding was to craft together!
We have learnt to use technology to keep in touch and be creative. Who knew I'd become a bit of a geek????
I take part in various virtual challenge groups and even run one of our own!
And my fun fold for today is inpired by a card I made from one of the challenges I took part in. For this challenge we meet on zoom, a virtual meeting room. One person hosts and leads the group. They create a sample and then without letting us see the sample talk us through how to make the same card!.
So the card was inspired by Tina Smith. It is a lovely simple fun fold that helps us use up some of the stash of patterned paper ๐Ÿ˜‰
First take a piece of cardstock measures 14.85cm x 17.5cm. Score this piece at 10.5cm on the long side.
Now take a piece of card measuring 9cm x 11cm. Then score on the 9cm side at 7.5cm. Now on the narrow strip apply tape, (I've used red linner tape so that it can be seen in the photo below)
Now attatch patterned paper mats to the 2 panels to the right hand side of the larger piece and the left hand side of the smaller one as shown . The measurement are 1 at 7cm x 10.5cm and 1 at 7cm x 14.4cm.
Next attatch the smaller piece to the larger  as per the photo with the patterned paper on the back. Now fold the left hand piece in and the right hand side over.
Now decorate ๐Ÿ˜Š
Well that's all for this week from me please join us next week when Gill will be sharing her creations with us all.
Have fun
Cary xx
